Operations Manager for new Lexcel client Intercept, Jamey Boone, coordinated the successful installation with Lexcel for Lexcel TestSystems® (Diebold, NCR & Fujitsu) as well as the Lexcel TestSystem® PULSE ISO and Visa DPS.

Lexcel Account Executive, Pete Goebel noted, "great folks over there, easy to work with and interact with, and hard workers. We spent a few days with the technical and QA staff installing/ configuring the systems and training the users. Everyone was pleased with the results."

To keep up with rapidly evolving ATM technologies, the Lexcel TestSystem® ATM feature set is under constant evaluation to ensure that our customers get the maximum testing benefit from our products. As a result, new features and enhancements are regularly reviewed and implemented based on our customers’ current and upcoming testing requirements.

The following list is a select few of the Lexcel TestSystem® ATM Enhancements:

  • Added the capability to save Hardware Configuration settings
  • Added the capability to display a detailed view of a transaction request or reply by double-clicking on the message in the event information window

  • Added HTML Log Capture of a testing session (screen flow, screen images, state flow)
  • Added Triple DES Support with key entry Wizard
  • Added custom ATM Fault Escrow (NCR)

Jack Fabiszak, Cecile Richard, Dan Chesney and Paul Collen of COCC are the newest Lexcel TestSystem® ATM NCR and Diebold users. Both the customer service and development groups are taking advantage of their desktop testing tools to validate their customized load files.

March 2003 in Toronto was superb when Lexcel trained Vu Nguyen, Alex Lopes and other members of the development and the business groups. With CIBC's teamwork, Lexcel was able to train twelve users on all of the installed Lexcel TestSystems® - HISO, Visa SMS/ Base I, NCR ATM, NCR Transaction Generator, Lexcel GoActive™ LoadStudio.

EFT simulation through the Lexcel TestSystem® Network is the backbone of Lexcel's testing products, providing the most comprehensive and thorough testing applications available. Since 1985 processors, networks, associations and gateway switch applications have used the Lexcel TestSystem to generate scripted requests using an actual test card-base and receive real-time responses to test transactions and data elements. The protocol (SNA, X.25, Bisync, TCP/IP) connection of the Lexcel TestSystem® Payment Network can run any protocol without the use of protocol converters, and also supports over fifty Message formats.
