Focuses on a specific aspect of ATM testing - the generation and detailed validation of TRANSACTION DATA utilizing the identical communication protocols (SNA, BISYNC, X.25, TCPIP, etc.) and validating against the same encryption methods (Single DES, Mode 3 and Triple DES) as a production system. Because today's ATM machines support a vast scope of transaction types; stamp purchases, check cashing, passbook and phone cards to name a few, there is the need to re-run large time-consuming regression tests for even the smallest changes.

With Lexcel ATM Transaction Generator, users import test scripts generated while testing online with Lexcel TestSystem ATM or through audit files, thus capturing tens to hundreds of transactions containing accurate OP Codes and other valuable site-specific transaction data. A powerful script-editing application is then used to create regression, fault and other types of test conditions where repeatability and efficiency are the keys.

By focusing on generating the transactions exchanged rather than the load file, Lexcel ATM Transaction Generator enables users to validate large transaction sets, easily capture and identify transaction errors, and benchmark against established standards.
