Following the software installation, a Lexcel Client Services representative provides the training necessary to quickly develop user-proficiency; enabling users to rapidly create test scripts and exchanging messages. These professional services are designed to maximize our clients' investment and minimize the user's learning curve.

In addition to thorough product knowledge, Lexcel training personnel have experience with testing practices and procedures that are applicable to one-on-one 'train the trainer' sessions or for large group classroom-style training.

Access is no problem. Lexcel utilizes Web-based remote training, schedules product specific training through the Web and provides on-site training and hosts in-house working sessions in Scottsdale, Arizona.
