Lexcel TestSystem® Clearing – AutoConvert™

Using AutoConvert, testers are able to quickly evaluate their transaction exchanges as they are applied in the Network User File format. By correctly translating financial transactions and reversals into batch file records, issuers and acquirers process the files in their back-office system - in much shorter cycles - to verify there are no variances in billing, statements, due-to / due-from, network reconciliation and posting to general ledgers. Lexcel’s clearing solutions utilize intuitive user interfaces and parsed records with descriptive field views to simplify working with, and validating, the file contents and resulting reports.

Clearing professionals can test the acquisition of file conversion and validation logic through a settlement pre-edit package. Lexcel TestSystem® Clearing – AutoVerify™ incorporates the dynamic conversion of On-line transactions into formatted Batch settlement files. Developers and testers can utilize Lexcel TestSystem trace files to validate contents and automatically create the corresponding formatted batch file. Users are then able to compare the Lexcel-generated files against their own files for content and totals.
