With operations in 55 countries, GE Money was searching for an efficient and consistent way for its software testing staff to access the same application in multiple locations. That’s when Lexcel’s Karl Duncan and Keith Grant suggested the global implementation of the Lexcel Interface Manager.

“Lexcel Interface Manager is ideal for any organization utilizing testing personnel and/or formats that are geographically distributed and require testing sessions to be available whenever or wherever they need them,” Duncan said.

While on-site at GE Money, Duncan and Grant installed and validated the Lexcel Interface Manager. During that time, they connected to eight unique Postilion regions. In addition, scripts were built, tested and approved, enabling them to immediately proceed with client orientation and training sessions.

“We worked with the QA team on functional-specific training exercises,” Grant said, adding that the simplicity of the application allowed the team to get up to speed within just a few hours.
