Capital City Bank Relies Again on Lexcel's Proven Solutions to Seamlessly Integrate NCR ATMs into their Network
As a long time customer, Capital City has relied on Lexcel's solutions, specifically Lexcel TestSystem® Network-STAR ISO and Lexcel TestSystem® ATM-Diebold, for their testing successes. Capital City dramatically reduced their test time for in-house enhancements and interchange testing for STAR Network certification. In addition, Capital City has built a library of comprehensive test scenarios for situations that could not be duplicated with manual testing methods, or with a physical ATM. They expanded their testing environment into a complete end-to-end platform, initiating acquired Diebold ATM transactions and authorizing switched STAR ISO transactions, all from their desktops.
Capital City selected Lexcel once again as a trusted third party provider for seamless integration of NCR ATMs into their network via Lexcel TestSystem ® ATM-NCR. Lexcel TestSystem ATM-NCR, a PC-based software, enables users to improve the quality and scope of their ATM Terminal, Host and Load File testing directly from their desktop, and provides convenience through stored test card databases, automation of transaction scripting and a detailed level of load file content not possible with a physical ATM.
With Lexcel TestSystem ATM-NCR, Capital City significantly minimized system risks associated with a large ATM integration, and reduced testing time and costs. Capital City can now accurately scope and implement NCR ATM enhancements for industry security standards, additional service offerings and emerging payment types. |
