Twin Cities Financial (TCF) Bank of Minneapolis, Minnesota selected Scottsdale-based Lexcel Solutions, Inc. to be their provider of automated certification and verification testing solutions.
In 2004, TCF Bank issued a Request for Proposal to acquire a third party distributed system to provide an adequate testing platform for all facets of their ATM network processing. It was mandatory that the solution included all current certification standards including Triple DES key processes for ATM and processor certification.
The ease of use and functionality of Lexcel’s DES encryption applications and experience in designing and implementing ATM and EFT Network testing solutions, made Lexcel the overwhelming choice to provide the high standard of quality demanded by TCF.
Through multiple face-to-face presentations, extensive documentation of Lexcel’s proposed solutions and the adoption of a partnering approach with TCF, Lexcel was able to design a package that includes support for: SNA and TCPIP communication protocols, NCR, Diebold and Triton ATM formats, multiple EFT Network formats and network-wide access to ensure a thorough end-to-end testing solution.
