Lexcel Solutions Appoints Trevor Jenkins General Manager EMEA
Lexcel Solutions Inc, the leading
supplier of financial testing solutions, has appointed
Trevor Jenkins as General Manager EMEA. He will be responsible
for developing new business for Lexcel in the region.
Jenkins was formerly with LINK Interchange Network
Ltd., the national ATM network in the UK, where he
managed the project to set up the network in 1986 and
subsequently held a number of General Manager positions.
At LINK, he was responsible for the operation of the
network and his achievements include setting up production
and disaster recovery data centres, bringing the operation
in house from an outsourcing arrangement, merging the
operations of the LINK and Matrix networks, leading
the Y2K compliance work, migrating the 4Bank and MINT
ATM networks to LINK, setting up a fraud detection
service and leading the LINK projects for Chip cards
and the APACS Chip and PIN project. He was LINK's representative
on several national and international committees.
Lexcel was founded in 1986 and is based in Scottsdale,
Arizona. Lexcel designs and builds testing simulation
products for the EFT payment processing industry with
customers located around the globe. Lexcel provides
industry leading transaction testing platforms including
stress testing/capacity planning systems, ATM and POS
testing platforms and the premier network interface
testing solution to Financial Institutions, credit
card processors, payment networks and gateways as well
as ATM and POS processors and manufacturers.
Jenkins said "I am delighted to be joining Lexcel,
a company I have known for many years. In fact, I was
responsible for introducing Lexcel to LINK, who have
adopted the Network TestSystem as the standard throughout
the network. The company has an excellent set of EFT
testing products and a first class track record of
developing and implementing EFT solutions that provide
tangible benefit to customers. The growing adoption
of EMV and Chip cards introduces more complexity into
the EFT testing process. Lexcel has the tools and expertise
to help customers through this transition, to improve
the quality of testing, increase the productivity of
test resources, speed up time to market, and to do
so cost-effectively."
Carl Kubitz, Lexcel's founder and President, commented,
"Trevor brings more than 15 years front line operational
and business experience in the EFT industry. He understands
both the technical and commercial environments and
can relate to customers' issues from his own experience."
Lexcel has a suite of PC-based products covering the
complete span of the transaction spectrum, from transaction
origination to settlement. The ATM and POS TestSystems
simulate the most common ATMs and POS terminals. Major
regional, national and international payments networks,
and their members, use Network TestSystems for network
interface testing and certification. Lexcel CAPSystem,
the stress-testing tool, enables organizations to run
capacity planning and performance testing from an independent,
external platform.
